About Tanya

Hello ladies, I’m Tanya Chervinska –– fitness professional, wife, and mother of two very active children. I was born in Central Asia and grew up in Ukraine. I now live in the U.S. where I promote healthy living for my family and for women of all ages and backgrounds. I love helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle and are excited to create an experience that will help you become a better version of yourself. My goal is to support you as you work toward a healthier body and mind and gain self-confidence and self-love.  It is very challenging for mothers around the world to take care of their families while trying to find time for themselves. I believe that daily healthy lifestyle changes, exercise, and social support will help you to become a better version of yourself. Movement is life and life is a journey!  I would love for you to join me on this journey of health, wellness, and happiness and work toward a healthier version of yourself.
